Valentines Day with a Halloween Touch

Sure, you can mix Halloween into any holiday if you have the right attitude! Valentines Day is a popular time for scary events and haunted houses. Like the old Tunnel of Love rides, the idea is to get your sweetie to hold on to you a little tighter out of fear. It's downright "stimulating," if you know what I mean. Here are just a few of the places you can spice up your Valentine Day celebrations with some extra Halloween adrenaline.

Love Bites is a haunted house event in Chicago designed for Valentines Day, even though it runs February 17th through the 19th. You'll need to purchase tickets in advance, and they are selling fast. If you are nowhere near Chicago, there's also Love Bites events in Denver, Houston, Nashville, Austin, and Jacksonville, Florida,

Valentines 2023 Transylmania is a scarefest on February 10, 11, 14, 17, and 18 in Atascadero, California.

Valentine’s Day Sucks is happening February 10 and 11 in Stratford, Connecticut.

My Bloody Valentine Tainted Love will be presented by Folklore Haunted House in Acworth, Georgia, February 10 and 11.

But not all Halloween and horror fans care about Valentines Day. If you'd rather get your Halloween fix at a horror convention, here's what's coming up.

Days of the Dead in Las Vegas, February 17-19.

Mad Monster Party in Concord, North Carolina, February 17-19.

Not Just Another Horror Con in Little Rock, Arkansas, on March 4th.

As you know, Halloween is more of a lifestyle than a date on the calendar.
